How can I dePBO an addon, then rename the folder and pack the folder as .pbo again, whitout loosing all the textures?

your going to have to open the model in oxygen and redefine the texture paths

A Texture Path Swap tool has just been released on info.cz.
Maybe that is what youre looking for?
