Title: MY MISSION GOT DELETED!! HELP!!!!!

Okay, my mission which I have been working on for ages suddenly got deleted! Well, the mission itself did anyway, but all the scripts are still there. But in the mission.sqm, there is nothing!!!! WHY???

I think maybe it has something to do with me deleting gunslinger's and kegety's editor addons, but why should this delete my mission?? The mission didn't even use the addons, but it was made while they were in my comp.

Is there any way I can restore my mission?

If it is empty, completely empty, I'm afraid that if you didn't back-up the .sqm you have lost it... Haven't your pboed (nice verb, to pbo lol, a regular one :P) the mission with the editor or something?

No luck. Look's like it's lost then. But why? Is it something to do with the editor addons like i suspected?

the existence/non-existence of those ed.upgrades shouldn't have any impact on yer mission,
provided ya didn't use them, as claimed. Hmm, an empty sqm file  :o ??? odd

I must chew on this, m8 - haven't had this kind of pleasure yet  :P ::)

sad to hear about ur mission mate, I lost all my mission once, was making a campagne, and then my hard disc crashed...and all my missions was gone :'(so i know what u feel ;)

I had that happen once. Frightening day indeed. I recall walking in Vietnam with a few blokes on patrol. Out of nowhere OFP crashed and all my men died except I got away with my mission half gone. I went to the sqm and only half the stuff was there! :'(
But anyways, sorry to hear about yours. What may have happened is you alt tabbed back in, but it didn't completely alt tab and you pressed ctrl+a to select all in what you thought was a Trigger Activ. box and then you pressed del and it all went and then you went and saved it somehow someway. :-X
