There is a Halo mod which has been making good progress. DOn't know of any recent releases by them though.

ofp.cz had some news posts about HALO weapons that have been made, I remember seeing the sniper rifle and the pistol (i think) :P.

I'd give a link, but my favorites list has been wiped clean so all 20 or so favs are gone now, grrr... :'( ::)
