Title: health bar

hey
im wondering how i could make a small health bar in the top right corner wich is a rectangle. with 10 green lines in it wich represent each point of health for example youre health is 0.8 so in the bar there are 8 lines left. And i would like it to be able to show and hide it with the radio.
Any one have any ideas

The last link is ok - just click on it and you see a new page with the right downlaod link  - see top of the page. I've already downloaded it and it works fine for me.
