can any1 write here what do i have to the briefing.html doc.
just a sample...
no explenations or anything
i didt everything what it said in the tutorial(i think i did it all) and still nothing,can i get a sample,just a sample,with no explenations...

Try the Example Mission by Macguba in the Editors Depot, you could use the briefing from that as a template.

i believe there is a sample provided with the tutorial...
