Thought it would be cool if we had some rougher looking civilians that more resembled 'Indiana Jones' and had a bit more heroic style than most civies.

I'll admit that by taking from every civie pack out there, it can almost be done but I think if someone was focused they could do something much better.

Wish I had the time myself.

i think he means something that's more usable to have the player as a civie with guns.
