Title: animate the Hind wheels?

i'm surprised that with the new tools out no one has made a HIND version that has retractable gear. can the BIS model be exported and animated?

Well:

1; the BIS model cannot be exported and edited, at least not until p3dedit comes out.

2; BIS have said, categorically that: "Helicopter models CANNOT have retractable undercarragies"

so sorry mate its just not possible :(

its posible to do if you have the mlod version

you just add 3 of the same animation thats camo with res for doors o the gear and set the ratio in the helo bigger so the pilot can control them himself  :D

Didnt the Airwolf mod try that??

It was possible but or you could only do it on the ground or everyone on the map could do it or something  ???

no matter how big you make it the pilot cant control it while flying, only on the ground and completely static (engines off) and its pretty buggy, sometimes it works other times it doesnt

thats fixed maybe because in 1.85 it also supports putting weapon to vehicle while driving or flying who know  :)
