I ran across this unpacking tool while looking for something to unpack .za files. It unpacks many file types so if you are looking to unpack something from another game like a texture or sound file this tool seems to cover most games.

http://multiex.xentax.com/ - also covers a fair lot of games.
That site you linked to gives some mucked up PHP error thing.. I'll try again later
