Title: Character speech with oggs and lips.

I can't find any tutes that tell you how to make a character speak, with the sound and the text on the screen, and the OGG files etc.

If anyone knows of one please point me out to it.

Hmm, I don't think he need dialogs, this is sound related and posted in the wrong forum.
