Title: wot is the difference between a pdo and pdx

just going through my MPmission folder and i see that i have a lot of pbx file extensions.  Are they valid? and dose @mfcti only use them?

There is a addon manager out there, will have to get the link later. It gives you the option to temporarily disable certain selected addons. And it does this by changing the file name to .pbx, which will prevent the game from loading them. When you want to activate the addon again, you select it and it changes the extension back to .pbo.

If you have lost the addon manager program, and wish to use those addons again, just change the ".pbx" back into ".pbo". Nothing else should have been modified with the addon, just the extension name.

Ah, here it is. This should be the addon manager you need. Or just rename the extension yourself.

yep,

That makes sense, i was using an addon manger about a montha go, did'nt click at the time wot it dose too the file to deactivate them.  :-\
