Title: HALO jumping gear

Hey-

Would anybody be up for making a Helmet, O2 tank, and parachute pack addon for HALO units to use in missions?

Just something that you could put over any unit.

Please.................................... :'(

Hey Blip!
Try using the Recruitment Depot (http://www.ofpec.com/training/index.php)! People are more likely to check there if they're interested in teaming up to make addons than here  8)! Good luck!

I would put it up in the recruitment depot but I don't actually have the ability to make addons.  Sadly I don't have XP so I can't run the programs to make addons.  

So I figure I post the idea here since I can't even help make it happen.

Philcommando had released a HALO addon, that can use any unit to parachute, which shows them in a spread position while falling. In that discussion, it was brought up that the ROC3 mod has the actual facemask, O2 tank, etc. units. Although you will need the entire mod to use those units, so I won't be using it. They look great, but I hate having to use complete mods just for the purpose of one or two addons I like. But since you asked where this might have been mentioned, this is the first place that came to my mind. Hope it helps.

Hey thanks for bringing up the ROC mod.  I am trying to download it now.  Its exactly what I wanted with a ton of other stuff that I don't know if I want.  ;)

Anyway,  I grabbed philCommando's parachute pack awhile ago which is why I brought this subject up.  I actually think that his is an amazing setup, just minus the gear.

The big reason I want to find a separate gear addon is because of the HALO script I am working on in the beta scripting forum.

Many thanks greg.  I was having a hard time downloading the whole mod.  I am glad they came forward with the solo addon.
