Newb Question but how in the hell do you make hills in WRPedit.I tried everything but to no freekin good outcome.

What I do is hold down Ctrl and then press the left mouse button.  You should see a red square.  
Then under landscape select the up/down from the CHOOSE OPERATION menu (or whatever it is...), and and type the height you want to raise the land by.

for those hill headaches, take a dose of Wilbur before using WRP editor.... ;)

Modelling your island in Wilbur before importing the lat/lon mesh into WRP will allow for more natural looking hills and elevations.... ;)
