If you want to recruit a team for a scripting mod, then use the Recruitment Depot - recruiting is not allowed in the forums.

If you just want more kinda general chat about scripting, then use the Scripting Ideas board.

If you have a specific question then of course post it here.

In the meantime, I'll give you the advice I always give.    Read snYpir's A friendly Intro to Code Snippets and Johan Gustafsson's Scripting tutorial (which you probably already have.)

Then read the whole of the command reference from start to finish, like a book.     Don't stop to understand every command, just get a feel for what is there.    Do this for both the online version and aslo the old Unofficial comref guide, as they have Comments and examples which are helpful.      Repeat this exercise as soon as you have completed it - it will make big difference to how much you remember.

Scripting is, in part, "the art of the possible".     You're not going to get anywhere unless you have some idea of what might be possible.

there is only one thing i disagre with maccy:

"the art of the possible"

I think it's more like:
"the art of bending the possible"

Scripting is kind of a way to beat the system. Use the rules to break the rules ;D
just think of what ofp would be without scripts!

that was basically a useless ranting. Just read what mac said  ;D
