Title: Da Upload

Trying to upload a mission, Night Raiders. Its 3.7 mb and I tried the HTTP. It seems to load all the way then stops. It won't go on to the next page. :P

Should I use FTP? I just wanna know cause I'm a bit confused on FTP. :afro:

Yes, use FTP.    HTTP doesn't like big files like that.   I don't understand the FTP either, although I have used it successfully a number of times.     Follow the instructions and use your initiative.   ;)   You've got nothing to lose by trying anyway.

Hmm, yes will do. Tommorow. I got HTTP to work, but I cheated and the file never uploaded. I'll try again soon.

Actually the HTTP upload has worked for large files for a few weeks now - there was a bug but it was fixed by HuBBa.
HOWEVER, at the very moment HTTP upload is not working for any sized files, because of the hack incident.

Please use the FTP upload for now and refer to the instructions on the submission page. (you can use FTP upload with IE just fine, no need for a real FTP client).

Hmm, uploaded it to the OFPEC ftp place and the actual 3.7 mb file is there. Now it won't recognize the name of it when identitfying it in the next step.:hmm:

Yet I put the exact name  NightRaid version 1.0

in there and that's the name of the file, yet it won't find the mission. :P

Edit: Never mind, needed a .zip extension on it to find it. Should work now. :tomato:

Wow this goes fast, I hit step six and it won't let me past, gives me this error

EDIT 3 : Jeez, well seems it made it fully onto the submitted page so its ok. Not dissappered or turned into porn so all is well, dunno about page 6 there so.... :-\ :hmm: :cheers:

Yeah, don't worry about a few errors here and there when the result is working ok ;D
