Title: Changing ingame fonts.

What program could decompile/compile the fxy file used in fonts.pbo. I made a new font and it runs in-game when its .cpp but it would be preferable to compile it back to .fxy. Also is there a program that can decompile the .fxy file to .cpp or text file?
