I know there must be an addon out there of a masked, balaclaved civilian, terrorist. Anyone know where i can grab it frm?

Well, FDF 1.3 has a whole paramilitary force which are basically terrorists. And theres some other terrorist addon floating around somewhere but that isn't as high quality.

Just make them. Open up any model you want to add a balaclava to and get the one from a good quality addon (or the original BIS Spec Ops) and put it on your soldiers. Simple :)

use asf terrorists on the ofpec addons depot. they might not have blood textures but they are definetly what you are looking for armed with Aks. anyway i think it's ski mask terrorists you are looking for. balaclavas only cover the head, not the whole face

Balaclava's DO cover the whole face, I would know, I had to wear them all the time when I was a kid  :P

There are different types of balaclavas.

There are the ones that Stinky Nut Rappa  was talking about which cover the head and ears but not the face:

And the ones that Coldfire is talking about:

There are lots of different types of balaclava, although I have heard the one directly above called a ski-mask (even though I've never seen skiers wearing them, just terroists and criminals)

The typical ski maks just have openings for eyes and mouth.. The kind all those evil terrorists wear..

that's the sort of balaclava I wore as a kid, and belive me they ARE called balaclavas; unless of course they were mislabled in the store  :P

hmm this has sort of gone off subject

you could just make your own using the blackops model and changing the textures of the rest of the uniform to civilian clothes or combat jackets
