Im using squad.xml, it works on LAN games, but not on public servers. Anyone has/had this kind of problem? ???

where is your squad.xml?  If it is on your computer, then what you are seeing is normal.  The way I understand it, for it to show on public servers, it must be hosted out on the 'net and accessed as such:
http://yourwebsitename/squad.xml
