diplomats you might say.  good for cutscenes, excellent for security missions.

A VIP in a suit would be useful... as well as some CIA/ security guys with pistols and those ear-pieces...

They already exist. Check out the FDF mod v.1.3. Your VIP:s and their bodyguard will speak finish language, but it's one of the most beautiful languages in the world  8)
