I was Thinkin' (I know I know I should Quit but I'm addicted) Would it be possible to make soldiers that can Repair: Tanks Trucks and the Like? That would be Cool.

 I think it could be done.. not sure though... I know you could do it through scripting for sure... but the sticking point that comes to mind for me would be that there aren't animations for that sort of thing

Why Not use the Medic's animation for Healing? It could look like Fixing a Truck.
