Title: An addon I saw, but can't find the name for...

It's a pretty major update, being that it updates all the in-game models to be higher resolution/poly count. I've tried every single possible combonation of names I could think of here and on google.

Any of you know what it's called?   :'(

There is also the Enhanced ECP:

It's similar to the Y2K3, but it is more realism-oriented.
