do you know any cool embassy addon? Can u give me a link?

I don't know of any, personally. But you could easily make your own embassy in the editor, using the editor upgrade. Just place a couple big buildings, then surround the place with walls, add a few flagpoles, and you're in business. Of course making it look really good will take some time and effort, but that's the fun part, right? It's like playing with legos, IMO.  8)

Col. Clink was working on an embassy, and it looked really good, but I'm not sure of the current progress...
