Title: Looking for a WRP tutorial that starts from scratch

Im looking for a tut for WRP that explains from the ground up, like what I need to start off with,  what I'll need in order to make buildings, view the map in 3D, make roads and etc.Is there? I tried search and nothing came up for some odd reason.

Have a loop for snYpirs "A soldier 5 on WPREdit"
It was pretty good :)
