try loon_1 RemoveWeapon "NVGoggles"

then, when they need them, just make a trigger that says:

loon_1 AddWeapon "NVGoggles"

Ahh, that u cant do.
The goggles are part of the .p3d file, and so are effectivly built into the person like ur mouth ears are built into ur head. Maybe someone will eventually make a man w/ moveable goggles, but im afraid we dont have that right now. :'(

You mean animations?
Anim-a-tyons
? :P

Anyway, yeah, you can make an addon so that you use setobjecttexture to make it look like the goggles are gone, and removeaction to get rid of the Lower Goggles thing..
The UKF units do that with hats (You remove they're helmet, and they're now wearing a, uh, hat!)

Anyway, the goggles code is all in the readme

PS, was that animation thing a joke Tyger? ::)

For BAS units:

To Lower:
unit animate ["goggles", 1]
To Raise:
unit animate ["goggles", 0]
