I have wondering if there is any good tutorials that could tell me how to create objectives

Read snYpir's How to use Objectives and init.sqs.   (Also his Briefing.html file tutorial.)

The tutorials I believe went offline because OFPEC was down for a few months last spring and they still haven't been able to get those tutorials back. Whether they're lost forever or just temporarily I do not know. I know, it's a big bummer. There was a lot of great tutorials and scripts in the database.

They are not lost forever.   I think the briefing one is in the Editors Depot - click the link at the top of this page and look tutorials. 

Having said that, if anybody has them handy please attach them to this thread.
