Title: Overlay a picture during intro

Hey All-

How do you overlay a picture, say a jPeg or bmp during a scripted cutscene.  In this case it will be during the intro.  I have Depbo-ed some missions that have this, but I am still lost.

I found Sui's tutorial.  Sorry about the post, should have held out longer and kept looking.
