I download this file A/MH-6 Littlebird (for OFP v. 1.45 and 1.75 from this exact link http://ofp.gamezone.cz/index.php?sekce=unofaddons/aircrafts&archiv=true&page=9
But whenever i open up the mission editor in my OFP (i have version 1.46, and this is for 1.46 and 1.75) and it does not show the littlebird under the "Air" list, but i don't think it is suppoesed to. I think it is supposed to be under BAS... Because in the readme file it says:
ADDED UNITS:
============
Under BAS Special Ops - Vehicles
Name - classname -weapon/magazine name
(but i dont have BAS Special Ops on my list).
The .pbo files included in here are:
bas_lbs.pbo
bas_lbs146.pbo
bas_soar.pbo
bas_soar146.pbo
And i put them in the addons folder, like it says.

Now can someone acaully help me? I posted before but i didn't get any help, so i posted in here. So please help me. I really need help.

The LittleBird versions are either for 1.46 OR 1.85. Not both.
You'll want to go back to your ofp.info link and grab the BAS_Littlebirds_146.zip
Then remove all the bas pbo's, to make sure you're removing any 1.85 versions.
Then drop the 1.46 pbo's into your Addons folder.
Let us know if that helps.

Err BAS usually has a different class name. Like open the class drop down menu and there should be a BAS vehicles class, click or select that and you will probably find your bird. ;) :P Hopefully.

Ya thats what i did in the begginning, the file that i downloaded is called BAS_Littlebirds_146[2] lol so ya it is 1.46, but i think GuiltyRoachKillar is right, but the thing like i said that i dont have the other BAS opition in the list, theres only the defualt one's.

Are you looking in the "Class" as well?
Thats where the "BAS - Vehicles" selection will be. If it isn't in there, I have no clue what's gone wrong.

Ya thats what i mean, the "BAS" list isn't under the "Class" section. Am i suppoesed to put other files in a diffrent folder besides "Addons"? I think i am, i put all the 4 pbo. file that came in the .rar folder in the addons. Am i suppoesed to do something else to have the "BAS" class? ???

I don't know what's wrong now.
Maybe did you unpack the .rar into .pbos and then put them in your addons folder?
Or the download may be screwy but I don't know. :P :-\

Have you restarted the game since you added the pbo's to the addons folder?

He means have you deleted or uninstalled the game from your harddrive. Then reloaded the game. If so your addons have been deleted unless you copied them to another folder like I did. :P
Are u getting OFPR 1.75 soon?
Otherwise I have no idea what is going on. ??? :-\

Nope. And i went to eb games yesterday and they said they would give me $3 for CWC so i said screw it lol, and i can't find RES in stores so i won't be able to get it for while.
But this addon is for 1.46 so wtf? Can someone please tell me how i would get the "BAS" class so i can choose the Littlebirds? Or is there any people from BAS here? If so can someone tell me there names so i can PM them for help?

The class is defined in the config I'm pretty sure but I don't know any BAS people.
If you ask BIS or codemasters online I bet you can grab resistance. :P
Otherwise, I could let you borrow mine if you're up for a roadtrip. :o ;D :D

Make sure the PBO's are in the addon folder, not inside an additional folder inside the addons folder....

At this point, we could confidently say that your installation of OFP is broken.
It'd be quicker to just uninstall OFP and reinstall it, then to keep trying to troubleshoot in here.

Hmm
If it isn't ompatible with the version you got.. An error would pop up when you start OFP..
If that doesn't happen, and it doesn't show up..
And you've not got many other addons..
What is the exact path you have put the addons in..
Right click on one of the PBOs, and it says..
Make sure it is
C:/Program Files/Codemasters/Operation Flashpoint/Addons/
It can be different up the the Operation Flashpoint bit (Like I got my OFP installed in Z:/Operation Flashpoint/)
I very much doubt the instalation is duffed, if it still loads up and works fine :hmm:
PC Gamer have released (A wee while ago) the GOTY edition of OFP for, I think, £10..
Also, you can get it of www.amazon.com for ~£10 too :)
(Use the .co.uk if your in Eruope btw)

Well i can answer that question but anyone know where i cab download it cause i accidently deleted the files (lol i no stupied of me) and now i cant find it anywhere else, so can someone tell me a link i can find it at because http://ofp.gamezone.cz/ is not working/ ???
O and no an error message does not pop up, and its in my addons folder in my OFP.

OK......Lets see if we can fix this problem.
1./ First......If you still have the file you downloaded, tell us the name and file size.
The example I have here is:
BAS_Littlebirds_146.zip..........5,460 KB..........
Once unzipped the readme says it is version 1.0
2./ Look in your Addons folder and tell us what BAS stuff you have in there.
If you have some BAS stuff in there, remove it, place it somewhere else temporarily.
These files need to be placed into your Addons folder, Just Copy Paste them into there:
bas_lbs.pbo 4,793 KB
bas_lbs146.pbo 6 KB
bas_soar.pbo 1,303 KB
bas_soar146.pbo 4 KB
Do not place any of those files in a separate folder inside the Addons folder........just put them in there.
That should be it......start the game and they should be there, in the Air section.
Air..........MH-6
Air..........MH-6 Armed
Air..........AH-6J Guns
Air..........AH-6J MP
Air..........MD500D TOW
The readme says this version will not have custom vehicle classes, animations or weapons.
btw.......I don't run 1.46 so I can't test it, I run version 1.96.

Yep i did that. And there not under air. Kinda strange. Maybe i should download it form a diffrent place? (can you tell me a diffrent place besides www.ofp.gamezone.cz) I did everything there you told me to, and the information is all correct. :'(

I think i should download it from another place? When i download some files (like this one) it just starts downloaded doesn't even ask where i want to save it then when it's done it just opens automaticaly so i can't tell what size it is?

You may need to log in to Fileplanet, if you don't have an account .......create one.
It doesn't say it is for Resistance.....download it and see though.
There are 3 downloads for the same thing there....one I suspect is the one you have now........another is the Resistance version.......and the third is version 1.1

None of the version work (1.0 and 1.1 for 1.46) it keeps giving me that stupied file planet error wtf? Lol and ya i have a file planet account. ;D

yeah, i have this problem, and im working on fixing it (just need some time.
i had the same problem w/ the littlebird by, uh, dracken, or whoever, and all i had to do was un-pbo it and change the config to 1.46 (i have it too). Sometimes 1.45 wont wrk, or somethin. I'll let you know if it wrks

HA HA. SOLVED IT! TOOK SIX HOURS AND EIGHTEEN MINUTES BUT I DID IT!

i'm trying to contact the BAS dudes who made it to completely fix da problem, but i have a tamp solution for the moment. :D
edit the config and set the requiredVersion to 1.10, just do it. Re-pbo it, and try that. Now you'll probably get a message saying that it cant read the tjpcntcon.pac file :(. its in the bas_soar\m file. move it somewhere safe out of the file (maybe on to ur hard drive?) and copy another file as it a.k.a copy tjpfloor as tjpcntcon.
that'll have to do until bas fixes it. btw who'd u email 'bout da problem?

and, oh, set the requiredVersion on DraKken's helo to 1.10. DraKken's model was the basis for the bas helos but it doesn't require editing

that's the file :)
fix it and ur good. and don't forget to change the requiredVersion on both bas_soar146 and bas_lbs146 to 1.10. that should do it :D

I found it in bas_lbs>m>tjpcntcon.pac
but its not a .pac file its just tjpcntcon?
And yes i changed the required version to 1.10 :-\

Ok here is what i did:
1.I unpbo'ed bas_soar146 and bas_lbs146
2. I opened the config file for both of them and changed the required version to 1.10.
3. I pbo it back.
4. I unpbo'ed bas_lbs (the "m" folder was in bas_lbs not bas_soar) and then i went to the folder "m" and went o the file tjpcntcon (it wasn't tjpcntcon.pac it was just tjpcntcon) and i removed from the folder to a safe place.
5. i renamed tjpfloor.pac (it wasn't tjpfloor it was just tjpfloor.pac) to tjpcntcon.pac (with the "pac")
6. I pbo'ed bas_lbs and put it in my addons folder.
7. I opened up my OFP, i go to West>Air and i click on one of BAS's LB's and the game shuts down? I even tryed DraKkens lb (i changed the required version to 1.10) and the game shut down.
And again i didn't get a error message? :'(

well no ur stuck. i believe uve got a big problem, and i have no clue what that is. :o I'll try talking to some people, and see if i can find something out, but im afraid that it won't do nuttin :'( :'( :'(

Also Tyger has been in contact for about a week+, he says he will try and finding a host for his fix ???.

uh, you might want to try the site again. I have consulted some of my techie guru friends, and some of my own references, and apperently the server I use takes 24-48 hours to reload the server. So therefore, the .pbos you tried to download were not yet "loaded", and you couldn't get them.
As to the problem of hosting, I cant find anyone who wants to host them, so if my site doesn't work, I do believe you'll have to wait a while.
