Here is a list of tanks i think would fit in well with OFP:
RESISTANCE:
MK V (World War One). UK
Panzer VI tiger or tiger II. germany
Jagpanzer (Heavy WW2 german)
US.
M103 (US)
Conqueror (UK)
Centurion (UK)
M40 (US) 155mm Artillery
Mk F3 (france) 155mm Artillery
M107 (US) 175mm! 8)
Leopard 2 (germany)
East.
IS-2 (USSR)
F-10 (USSR)
SU-76 (USSR)
M1973 (USSR)
Maybe these could be all realesed separatly? Like in packs maybe? Hmmm.. this might get a few brains working :D

Well go over to the WWII mod (I dunno what their name is?) and you can probably find all the WWII stuff you mentioned.
I think a Leopard 2 is in the works right now. Artillery has been made in many forms, the COC arty is one of the best I think.
Search other sites addons lists, places like OPFlashpointCZ have extensive addons lists. Although not of the highest quality of OFPEC stuff since they aren't reviewed. :P
Personally, I have no idea the what those Russian tanks are, all I know are T80, T72, Shilka, BMP, BMP2, T34

I know the IS-2 is a heavy tank that was king for about a decade i think after the war (2).
But apart from that- thing someone might give them a go?
