Title: How can i create radio effect
Post by: ryankaplan on 02 Jul 2004, 14:13:34
ok. 44100 khz is definetly too high quiality for a radio. 8000khz is ok but ofp doesn't accept those and only accepts this format:
44100khz
16bit
mono
64kbs
this is okey for speech but is no good for radio.

DOES ANYONE KNOW a tool or something which can create the radio effect but keep the same format as i listed above? well? can you please list the link here if you know anything?

Maybe first downgrade the sound to a very low quality, then safe the file as ofp requires.

Maybe use a Soundeditor and some filters on the Sound first, like a bakcroundniose, bandwidth or something?

Get a microphone and  record some FM radio Static. The microsoft sound recorder will let you mix it.
