Title: Crossing the bridge

Hey guys,

I can't figure out how I can make a sqaud cross the bridge smoothely. ???
When I put them in front of the bridge, and put a waypoint on the other side, only the leader crosses it ( also he does it not really well )

I am bad at editing, and I hope this isn't a tough one. :-\

Which bridge?

Try putting the group in to column formation and careless mode, that might help.  

It's a ground/map problem not a group/waypoint problem.

Hey,

It doesnt really answer my question. You see, I want to storm the bridge, cross it quickly under fire, and take enemy positions. I just cant get through the bridge.
 :'(

Do they really need to anyway? Would it go against your idea if you just have the squad take a truck across? Just a suggestion.

Well i doubt ur gonna try and take a well defended bridge by driving across it in a truck cos you'll get shot to pieces.

isnt there a way to do this? Hasn't anyone ever before had a problem with this? :o

If they put the bridge there, there has to be a way to cross it by foot.

I just tried this.

I placed a squad on one side of the bridge in Davle.

I gave them a Move waypoint on the other side of the bridge and away they went.

Make sure the waypoint is set to Formation: Column.

Try:

1) Do Plancks idea but put their skill up to maximum.
2) Have each soldier in an individual group.
