In your first thread (the locked one) Artak basiclly listed every descrption.ext tute here on ed depot. Go look in that thread.

My point? Stop spamming the forums with the same questions.
Start one thread about the Description.ext, and stick to that one thread.
If you don't get an answer that suits, continue asking in that thread.
Do not start another one...

And there are plenty of OFP sites out there. Thats why they made this (http://www.google.com).
