Hi All,
I Searched In FlashPoint Files And Around The Depot But I'm Not Able To Find The Config.Cpp File Of The Satchel. It Doesn't Exist ??? I Need It  :-\
Someone Can Tell Me If It Exist And Where I Can Found It Please  :-[ ???

Get the Commented Configs by BIS from the Editors Depot.

In the cfgWeapons.hpp you can see how it is defined.

It is class PipeBomb ....btw
