 ???how do you make a blackop/spetznatz who is not the player place & touch off several satchel charges ???

What i suggest with this is :-

If u cant find a suitable method to suits ur mission then just use the animation for the unit to kneel down (or the repair one, that works nicely), Make him walk away, a few seconds later exec a script that creates an explosion where the unit was (where u want the satchel to be placed.
