Title: Disabling 3d person view

I have seen a lot of MP missions with disabled possibility to switch to 3d person view. How do I make my mission not allowing the players to switch to another view?

vet settings disable 3rd person, but you have to choose this in your options before hosting MP

Is that a thing you choose in a server setup, not in every mission?
I mean in mission editor, some script or description.ext
