Title: Javelin vs Helicopter

is there any way to make the javelin systems able to target choppers

according to what i read the javelin does have a secondary capability of targeting helicopters and two fire modes the top down mode and direct fire to attack fortified positions

im not talking about a specific addon, i may have put this in the wrong section but i was looking through weapons and noticed the javelin can shoot down helicopters and would it be possible to make it so it can lock onto one as well as tanks
