I was seriously thinking about changing OFP into a better game. I noticed Pappy Boyington over at the Official Forums already did something similar, and I'm wondering how he does this. Basically, the units are replaced with better units, like the BAS Rangers instead of the standard Spec Op's for example.
So, what do I need to do this? The original config files, and the units readme's. But what do I change inside of the config. Thanks in advance.

I think you use a mod folder, and make new pbo's with new cpp files in them
Like the FDM and ECP mods
