Title: Map names....Can the following be done?

Ok....im making an isle and it has a big straight road that goes for about 500m. What i want to know is:
1. Can i rotate the angle the names (defined in .cpp) so it lies at an angle of 60 degrees?
2. Can i place symbols on the map with the text? (like the markers ingame)
