Title: CPP Template file or creation tool ?

Does anyone know if there is a cpp template file that would hasten the time to make addons rather than having to type everything manually ? Or perhaps even a program that does the job ?

Well, if you want to make (for example) a rifle, find a riffle-addon, DePBO it and look at the config.cpp file - There you go, you got yourself a template
