it's not really like what you want but there are 3 missions called "the godfather" (I,II, and III) over at operationflashpoint.org with a mafia story at least

Lt Shitkilla made a mafia pack using the crimecity weapon pack but I don't know where to download it from but he has a freewebs site somewhere.
