Title: Trasnperencys in PSP7

Is there any way to make a transparency in PSP7??  I don't need any dirt or anything on the glass texture, all i need is a light blue, a light black, light red, and light white texture transparent texture.

ok the best program is abobe photshop and to make transparent textures you need to add alpha channels
and del the part you wont to remain do a googal find on alpha channels
