Title: Problem...........need URGANT help!!

I am new to this and have no idea where to post this, sorry.
I get the following problems when i start flashpoint.

Cannotcreate 3Ddevice
Adapter 0 (NividaGeForce2 MX/MX 400) Fullscreen
Resolution 1024x768 format X8R8G8B8/D24S8,Refresh 0Hz
Error E_OUTOFMEMORY

HELP

ps computer stupid can you explain step-by-step pls
