Title: vehicle respawn script

hiya just wondering if any of u can send me or hlpe me with a vehicle script for my ctf mission i want a delay of 2 mins, im no good with the technical side although i do know how to use pbo tool ive nerly finished my mission its just the dam v resp i cant get it to work, and two more fings do vehicles the game lag alot when u run a network game?
