Title: Creating maps using the game editor

Hello all.Im new to this board and i dont have alot of experienc when it comes down to scripting and editing and stuff.But i have a question.I have played around with wrpedit but i cant figure it out yet.I use version 1.30 at the moment.I cant upgrade it for some reason because the patch wont recognise the game(its not cracked or warez)but thats another story.
My question is:Is it possible to create world maps by using an existing world like everon.Then place objects on it with the editor.Houses,woods,roads etc.Save the misson/world and then convert it with some program to a new map?(.wrp file)I guess not but if its possible let me know.That would be awesome.

No it cant be done.. this only makes new missions.
