Title: "Rain and Face questions"

Hi. Im not sure if this is the right forum for this, but...

2 simple questions:

1) Can I make it rain in my mission, and if so, how (I've tried fiddling with the weather and forecast bars with no luck)?

2) How does the custom face system work - how do I import my own into the game?

I have rain working now.
