Has anyone a working config.cpp to o.pbo?

If so can you please mail it to me (andersson_jon@yahoo.com) or tell me how I can make a WORKING config.cpp out of the config.bin from the o.pbo?

I solved it with ofp manager and pbo_decryptor13.
