how do i unlock him and the rank general. i tried the search  also

Try gunslingers editor addon from the Editors Depot.   There is no rank "general" in the game.

bandit u could just edit the mission.sqm

for the person u want to be guba might look like this before you edit him:

               id=75;
               side="EAST";
               vehicle="soldiereb";
               leader=1;
               skill=0.000000;
               text="";
               init=

what you should do is edit where it says "vehicle="soldiereb" to "vehicle="generale"
