I am looking to start a group to create addons for a new completly different OFP genre ..... the Corporate war mod,.

Sorry man, OFPEC doesn't allow recruiting in the forums.  

Check into the  Recruitment Depot (http://www.ofpec.com/training/index.php) periodically until it gets up and running, then post a vacancy there.

We are working on the Recruitment depot to get it up and running, until then I'm afraid you will have to wait.
