Title: MP Intro

Hi there! How is everyone doing?  :D

   In the MP mode, is it possible to use intros, and if yes, are they played everytime the mission starts? I mean when all players die and retry the mission, will we have to view the intro each time?

You can't do an intro in MP.

You can do a cutscene camera at the start of the mission to create the effect of an intro.

The cutscene can not be skipped with 'esc' like a true Intro can. However you can add a starting parameter 'playintro' with yes or no option and have the camera script detect which one was chosen.
