I got this problem again, i make the textures in Paintshop. Save them, (with the factor of 2, eg: 128x, 256x etc) and open them in TexView (i save the file as .jpg or .gif, .tga doesnt work for me.. tex view doesnt show them in the program) and the program sees them, saves them as .paa, trying to load the textures in o2 but its only white.. what am i doing wrong? really annoying :/

Hi there
Have you tried making the textures in .tga format and then going into O2, loading the .tga texture and letting O2 convert it?
I usually do it this way if I'm having probs with texview. :)
Hope that helps

I'll try, thanks.

Nope, still cant get it too work :-\

When you save as tga make sure they are 24 bit - Uncompressed.
Then try loading into Texview for conversion to paa or pac.

Im starting to think that its something wrong with my o2. Because, now i succeded with doing the .tga right so it opens in TexView, saves it right. But still it doesnt show up in o2, i even dePBOed some other addons to test their textures in o2. It didnt work as well, wtf can be wrong? >:(

OK....I tried the texture you sent me.
It wasn't 24 bit - Uncompressed but I fixed that.
It loaded into Texview ok and converted to paa fine also.
I then tried the paa texture in Oxygen.........works ok there too.
When you have selected the face you want to texture press A .
Them you can draw the rectangle over the face to be textured..
Once that is done right click on the rectangle and choose Load Texture from the menu, then choose the texture from the requester.
Next press A again, followed by B to apply the texture.
Worked fine here with your texture.
Remember to have the texture in the same folder as the model you are texturing.
