can someone tell me where to find a command manual and can someone tell me what to enter in the field to make a unit sit on a chair i am doing this mission and i cant get my men to sit on a chair

There are several versions of the command reference in the Editors Depot.  (link in my sig below)    

There is an online version with helpful comments that you can access directly from the left hand side menu bar (menu column?).     There are many other useful versions in the Tutorials section under References.

Including a switchmove/playmove list, which is what you need for the chair thing.   It only works with a particular chair though, I can never remember which one.
