is there a way to make spawn points for one specific unit only, what i mean is let's say you're playing a long coop mission with 2 friends, one dies and then just respawns back at base to rejoin the battle, but i don't want any computer players to respawn, they should stay dead

There a hundreds of ways to do this,
The way i would recommend would be...
have the respawn marker out at sea, then have two triggers, each linked to a different human player. For activation have it set to west present, and as a consequence, have " player setpos getmarkerpos "westbase" " - Im sure weather you need the quotes,
This way the ai will die a horrible death out in the freezing ocean, and you or your friend will be zapped back to the starting base, before you even see the water.
However, this method is not how BIS would do it, but it's properly the most efficient/does not need any scripts/less laggy,
One more thing - you may need a script to delete the dead ai
If you need any more help you know where to find me
